Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Prepare detailed, real-time audit reports, risk assessments, and compliance logs for executive management. Process Enforcement: Implement and enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards, operating procedures, and inventory controls across all departments. Risk & Loss Prevention: Proactively identify vulnerabilities, leakage, damage, or unauthorized asset usage, providing immediate corrective action plans. Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor asset lifecycles from procurement to disposal, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Strict Asset Tracking: Conduct comprehensive, continuous audits of all company assets (equipment, inventory, facilities, vehicle fleets, and digital resources). Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience: in quality assurance, asset management, internal audit, or inventory control.
