Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen parent engagement by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships. Coordinate enrollment activities, including admissions processes, documentation, and student onboarding. Support the implementation of operational strategies that enhance the school's efficiency and overall performance. Monitor quality control standards to ensure compliance with the school's policies and operational procedures. Drive school fees collection by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Liaise with the Ministry of Education: and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare operational reports when required. Support the school's day-to-day administrative operations and perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of experience: in a similar administrative or school operations role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional appearance with a smart dressing sense. Well-behaved, courteous, and able to interact professionally with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
