The Chief People, Asset and Strategic Officer will lead human resources, organisational development, and strategic planning for the group, while overseeing management of company assets. This role will directly oversee the Human Resources Manager and play a central part in shaping the company's executive and organisational structure. Key Responsibilities: Direct the Human Resources Manager and People function across the group. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all business units ahead of launch and beyond. Contribute to overall strategic planning alongside the President of the Group, Board of Directors, and fellow Chiefs. Lead the design and implementation of the group's organisational structure, including the organogram, job descriptions, and grading framework. Oversee management and stewardship of key company assets in coordination with facility management and finance. Develop and implement people strategy, performance management, and staff development frameworks. Requirements: & Qualifications 8–10 years' senior HR and strategy leadership experience. Strong understanding of asset management principles as they relate to a mixed-use commercial development. A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPM/CIPD or equivalent professional certification is an advantage. Proven experience: building organisational structures and HR frameworks, ideally for a new or fast-growing business. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational development skills.
