The role requires a self-directed legal professional with the capacity to manage multiple ongoing legal matters, attend court proceedings, track procedural steps, and support enforcement of judgments. The ideal candidate will bring rigor, responsiveness, and clarity to the company’s legal strategy and collaborate closely with senior executives, external counsel, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Track and manage 20+ active litigation and enforcement matters. Attend court hearings as company representative; take notes and follow up on procedural steps. Liaise with external counsel, ensuring they’re fully briefed with internal context and documentation. Draft internal legal documents, including NDAs, settlement agreements, board memos, and legal notices. Maintain and update a centralized court calendar and litigation tracker. Submit bi-weekly written case status updates and participate in monthly legal briefings. Collaborate with the Recovery Manager on enforcement strategy for judgment debts. Provide legal support to Finance and Project departments as needed. Requirements: LL.B from a recognized university; B.L preferred but not mandatory. 3–6 years post-call experience: in litigation or commercial recovery. Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex legal issues into executive-level insights. Highly organized with excellent time and calendar management skills. Experience: dealing with external counsel and tracking multiple legal matters. Strong communication skills and executive presence.
