We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Accountant Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary This includes managing payments for procured medical and administrative supplies, handling payroll, and supervising the finance-related personnel, such as the cashier, account officer, billing officer, and inventory officer. The role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, liquidity, personnel, and operational efficiency within the clinic. The accountant at e-Clinic & Diagnostic Limited is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial operations of the facility. Job Responsibilities: Prepare periodic financial reports and advise management on financial matters. Supervise and support the cashier in managing daily cash inflow/outflow and bank transactions. Manage clinic financing and ensure liquidity for operations. Process and monitor payments for all procured items and services. Manage the account and billing officer to ensure accurate service billing and prompt invoicing. Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor inventory control processes in collaboration with the inventory officer. Coordinate and execute monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries, pensions, commissions, and rebates. Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. (ICAN, ACCA are added advantages). Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Nigerian tax laws, procurement procedures, and financial software. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting. Salary N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
