We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing mobile devices while ensuring repairs are completed to the highest quality standards. Mirahub Limited is seeking skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Mobile Phone Technicians to join its technical operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in smartphone repairs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality checks and functional testing before returning repaired devices to customers. Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or supervisors when necessary. Ensure proper handling and safe storage of customer devices during the repair process. Communicate repair findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly to customers or service advisors. Keep the repair workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts used, and completed service jobs. Follow manufacturer and company repair procedures and quality standards. Stay up to date with new smartphone technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices. Troubleshoot software-related issues, including operating system updates, flashing, and device configuration. Replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other hardware parts. Diagnose faults and perform repairs on smartphones and smartphone panels. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools and report replenishment needs promptly. Requirements: Experience: repairing Android devices; knowledge of iOS devices is an added advantage. Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO qualification. OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is an added advantage. Proven experience: as a mobile phone technician or in a similar device repair role. Professional certifications in mobile device repair are an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting. Good communication and customer service skills.
