We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Technical Business Development Manager to lead market expansion, strategic partnership formation, and EPC project pipeline development across Nigeria and West Africa. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a combined background in Electrical/Power Engineering and Commercial Business Development. Key Responsibilities: Technical Integration: Bridge the gap between local project requirements: and our engineering team to structure winning project proposals. Proposal & Bid Management: Lead technical and commercial tender submissions (EOI, RFQ, RFP) for major EPC projects. Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and capture high-value commercial opportunities in the power, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government bodies, public utilities, private developers, and project financiers. Requirements: & Qualifications PPP frameworks, Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects, or Utility-scale developments Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and contract negotiation capabilities. Sector Expertise: Hands-on experience: in one or more of the following: Substations & Grid Infrastructure Solar PV & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Transmission & Distribution (T&D) lines Region Focus: Deep understanding of the Nigerian and broader West African energy market dynamics.
