We are seeking a smart, experienced, proactive and result-oriented Operations/Business Development Manager to oversee our industrial catering operations while driving growth and developing new client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operational teams and ensure effective resource allocation. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas and other industrial sectors. Prepare business proposals, presentations and contract opportunities. Oversee day-to-day catering operations across onshore and offshore locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop strategies to increase revenue and secure new contracts. Monitor operational costs, supports cost control measures and profitability Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, food safety standards and client’s procedures. Requirements: Strong knowledge and practical experience: with ISO management systems and standards- ISO 9001 (quality Management), ISO 22000 (food safety management) Age 30-40 years 3-5-year experience: in industrial catering operation management. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
