Monitors timelines and process relating to receipt and offloading of ship cargo to avoid or minimise incidences of demurrage. Collates Post-operations report inputs for review by the Operations Manager. Liaises with parties to ensure availability of vessels for product delivery. Monitors Vessel voyage status to determine the location coordinates of the Vessel through the fleet management module. Prepares vessel allocation schedule. Prepares progress reports on the monitoring of the various vessels stating their current positions against the plan, off-track distance, estimated time of arrival and issues identified. Confirms vessel availability for hiring in line with the requesting party’s request. Receives cast-off reports from the vessel captain and forwards it to the Ports Operations Manager. Maintains records of voyage transactions. Responsibility Ensuring the safe and efficient vessel and agency operations, managing port activities, and ensuring strict compliance with maritime regulations. Requirements: Knowledge of Shipping agency and marine operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime transport management or any related course (Minimum of second class upper division).
