What You’ll Do Lead SEC regulatory filings (Daily, QMR, AUM, Annual). Draft and negotiate complex investment agreements (IMAs, SLAs, NDAs). Drive the AML/CFT and KYC/CDD framework. Act as the primary interface for SEC, NFIU, and CAC. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of handling SEC Nigeria rules and filings.
