Read more about this company Assessment Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate Experience: 1 - 2 years Location Oyo City Ibadan Job Field Education: / Teaching / Training Key Responsibilities: Review and validate assessment instruments (tests, rubrics, interview guides) prior to use. Observe and moderate aptitude tests, written assessments, and interviews. Independently score or re-score candidate scripts and interview outcomes where required. Ensure strict adherence to assessment guidelines and ethical standards. Identify and report any inconsistencies or bias in the assessment process. Provide professional feedback to improve assessment quality and reliability. Prepare independent moderation and evaluation reports after each assessment cycle. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidate information and materials. Requirements: & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Measurement & Evaluation, Psychology, or a related field. TRCN certification is an added advantage At least 1-2 years of teaching experience: Good knowledge of the British and Nigerian education: curriculum.
