Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and documentation. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Assist in delivering HR consulting projects and client assignments. Prepare HR reports, policies, presentations, and other professional documentation. Liaise with clients and employees to address HR-related enquiries and requirements. Support HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate training, meetings, and other HR-related projects as required.
