We are recruiting Merchandising Officersacross Southern Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence. Conduct consumer education: and product sampling activities. Execute market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns. Merchandise products in line with company standards. Set up branded promotional and product sampling stations. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Ensure excellent product visibility and compliance with approved pricing. Properly maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional materials. Submit accurate daily digital field reports using a smartphone. Requirements: Basic smartphone proficiency. Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification. Must be willing to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria. Valid means of identification. Good spoken and written English. Must be fluent in Nigerian Pidgin English. Must reside in Asaba or its environs. Benefits: Company-branded uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional tools. Earn up to N200,000 monthly, comprising: Official travel and transport support for approved field deployments. Weekly Field Support: N2,000 per working day (approximately N40,000/month) for meals and field expenses. Comprehensive 3-month induction and field training program. Performance-Based Earnings: Up to N160,000/month based on attendance, KPI achievement, compliance, and program completion.( Earnings: N200,000) Company-provided accommodation during approved out-of-station assignments.
