We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Supervisor / Manager Job Location: Osogbo, Osun Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Supervisor / Manager to oversee the operations of our outlets in Osogbo. This is a hands-on management role for someone with proven experience: supervising an outlet, managing staff, driving sales and taking responsibility for daily business operations. Key Responsibilities: Outlet Management: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Osogbooutlets. Supervise and coordinate outlet staff and ensure effective allocation of duties. Monitor daily sales, customer service, stock, cash handling and general outlet performance. Ensure company procedures, hygiene standards and operational standards are consistently maintained. Identify operational problems and take appropriate action to resolve them. Sales & Business Growth: Drive daily and monthly sales performance and work towards achieving set targets. Analyse sales performance and identify areas requiring improvement. Develop and implement practical strategies to increase sales and customer retention. Identify new markets and revenue opportunities within Osogboand surrounding areas. B2B Business Development: Actively identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities. Develop relationships with schools, offices, hotels, restaurants, event organisers, retailers and other potential business customers. Generate leads, make business contacts, present the company's products and follow up on opportunities. Convert prospects into regular and profitable business accounts. Maintain proper records of business development activities and results. Staff Management: Supervise, train and manage outlet staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards. Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance and conduct. Address performance and disciplinary issues appropriately. Maintain a professional and productive working environment. Stock & Cash Control: Ensure proper monitoring and control of inventory. Ensure timely replenishment and prevent unnecessary stock-outs. Monitor stock movement, conduct stock checks and investigate discrepancies. Ensure accurate daily sales and cash/POS reconciliation. Take appropriate measures to minimise wastage, losses and revenue leakages. Customer Service: Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, staff performance and outlet operations. Provide Management with timely updates on challenges, opportunities and actions taken. Track and report on B2B leads, prospects, conversions and business generated. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience: in outlet management, retail, hospitality, food service, restaurant, café, QSR, supermarket or a similar customer-facing business. Proven experience: supervising and managing staff. Demonstrable experience: in driving sales and achieving business targets. Experience: in stock and cash control. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of outlet performance. Must have practical experience: in business development, sales prospecting or B2B sales. Must be commercially minded and results-oriented. Must be willing to work across the company's Osogbooutlets. Important: We are looking for someone with actual supervisory/management experience: and a proven ability to take responsibility for business operations. Salary N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
