We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Account Officer Location: Ikeja Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Account Officer to join our finance team and support the company's financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations. Process payroll and statutory remittances as required. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end accounts. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ATS, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
