Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, recruitment campaigns, and corporate initiatives. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all content. Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy that align with the brand voice. Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content campaigns. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and industry best practices to optimize content performance. Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels. Stay up-to-date with emerging content creation tools, technologies, and industry trends. Plan, produce, and edit high-quality videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content. Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing and communication objectives. Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Support internal communication initiatives through engaging multimedia content. Job Requirements: and Skills Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications. Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills. 3+ years of experience: in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience: in photography, videography, and video editing is an added advantage.
