You will coordinate staff, monitor service quality, manage operational resources, resolve client concerns, and ensure that the spa consistently delivers a warm, professional, and memorable experience. This role requires someone who is not only good at managing people and processes but also understands that in the beauty and wellness industry, the client experience: is everything. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented FEMALE Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa and wellness business. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Ensure all treatments and services are delivered according to established standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness centre. Ensure equipment, treatment rooms, reception areas, and other facilities are properly maintained. Monitor the daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure the facility is clean, organised, welcoming, safe, and ready for business each day. Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions. Staff & Team Management: Prepare and monitor staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and punctuality. Identify training and development needs and make recommendations to management. Coordinate and supervise therapists, beauticians, receptionists, customer service staff, cleaners, and other operational personnel. Ensure staff are properly trained and understand their roles and service standards. Set clear performance expectations and follow up on deliverables. Address staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues professionally. Promote teamwork, professionalism, discipline, and a positive workplace culture. Customer Experience: Ensure clients receive excellent service from booking to completion of treatment. Personally handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor customer feedback, complaints, reviews, and satisfaction levels. Encourage a culture where every client feels valued, respected, and well cared for. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase client retention. Sales & Revenue Support: Support the development and implementation of promotions, packages, memberships, and loyalty initiatives. Monitor staff performance against relevant sales and service targets. Monitor daily bookings, appointments, sales, and service utilisation. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling appropriate services and products. Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management. Work with the team to maximise bookings and reduce idle treatment periods. Inventory & Procurement: Work with management and vendors on procurement and replenishment. Ensure proper storage and handling of products, equipment, and supplies. Monitor the availability and usage of beauty, spa, cleaning, and operational supplies. Monitor product usage and investigate unusual variances. Maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent unnecessary stock-outs or wastage. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance: Report safety concerns, equipment faults, incidents, or operational risks promptly. Conduct routine checks of treatment rooms, equipment, products, and common areas. Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation procedures are consistently followed. Ensure the spa complies with internal policies, health, safety, hygiene, and professional service standards. Maintain appropriate operational records and documentation. Reporting & Administration: Track key operational indicators including bookings, revenue, customer complaints, repeat clients, staff attendance, stock usage, and service performance. Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, incidents, maintenance, inventory, and other operational activities. Provide management with insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be measured using indicators such as: Reduction in customer complaints Operational efficiency Customer satisfaction and retention Revenue and service utilisation Number and value of bookings Service quality and compliance Achievement of monthly business targets Staff performance and engagement Inventory accuracy and reduction in wastage Staff attendance and productivity Requirements: Good understanding of customer service and service quality. Ability to work with targets, reports, and operational data. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant business management software. Demonstrated experience: managing people and day-to-day operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5–10years of relevant experience, preferably in a spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or customer-service environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers or operational challenges.
