We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use Canva. We need someone who can think creatively, create great content, lead a creative team and understand what makes people stop scrolling and take action. What You Will Do Creative Direction: Lead the company's creative team. Develop creative concepts for products, campaigns and brands. Set the visual and creative direction for our brands. Maintain consistency across all marketing materials. Review and approve creative work before publication. Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for social media, adverts, websites and campaigns. Design promotional materials, product creatives, banners, flyers and marketing assets. Understand typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling. Video & Content: Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. Create engaging Reels/Shorts-style content. Develop content concepts and creative hooks. Turn ideas into compelling visual content. Understand trends and know how to adapt them to our brands. Content Strategy: Generate fresh content ideas consistently. Develop content calendars and campaigns. Identify trends and opportunities. Create content designed for both engagement and conversion. Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate results. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and coordinate designers, video editors, content creators and other creatives. Assign creative tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Omprove the quality and speed of creative production. Build a culture of creativity and accountability. Requirements: AI Videos as an Added Advantage. Social Media Advertising — Advantage. Experience: with Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads or other social media advertising platforms will be a strong advantage. You don't necessarily have to be an expert media buyer, but you should understand: Ad creatives Hooks CTR Engagement Conversion A/B testing Why some creatives perform better than others.
