We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Park Supervisor Location: Ikeja, Yaba - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and adherence to operational procedures. Support the implementation of health, safety, and security requirements: at the car park. Supervise and coordinate the activities of car park attendants, cashiers, ticket attendants, and other assigned personnel. Ensure proper handover between shifts. Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including incidents, revenue-related observations, staff issues, and other relevant activities. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the car park. Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and site-specific operating procedures. Monitor vehicle entry and exit processes and ensure proper control of access to the car park. Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. Ensure all equipment and facilities within the car park are properly used and promptly report faults or damages. Conduct regular inspections of the car park to identify operational, safety, cleanliness, or security concerns. Requirements: Good knowledge of customer service and operational procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities. Minimum of 2 years experience: in an operational /supervisory role. Basic knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and record keeping. Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND.
