Key Responsibilities: Live Streaming Operations: Set up and manage live streaming sessions. Configure live streaming software and equipment. Ensure stable broadcast quality. Manage products, promotions, and live room settings. Live Room Control: Coordinate the live stream schedule. Monitor comments and audience behavior. Pin important messages. Coordinate with the host during live sessions. Handle unexpected issues and maintain smooth operations. Traffic & Advertising: Manage TikTok Live advertising campaigns. Optimize paid traffic performance. Monitor advertising ROI and CPL. Increase organic traffic and audience growth. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze: Live viewers Watch time Engagement CTR CPL ROI Conversion rate GMV Lead generation Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.
