We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven graduates to join our Executive Trainee (Financial Services Associate) – Personal Banking Program. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports. Educate customers on available banking products and digital channels. Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Banking products and services. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues where necessary. Generate quality leads and convert prospects into active customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: and internal banking policies. Conduct market visits, customer engagement activities, and business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Promote and market savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other retail banking products. Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer acquisition targets. Cross-sell consumer loans, debit cards, digital banking solutions, and other value-added financial services. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
