In this role, you will connect with customers, provide expert beauty consultations, andconfidently promote and sellour premium Aloe Vera-based products. What we're Looking For Genuine interest in skincare and helping customers achieve their beauty goals. 1–2 years of experience: in sales, beauty retail, or a related customer-facing role with sales targets. Experience: in skincare or cosmetics sales is a strong advantage. HND or Bachelor's Degree inany field/discipline. Comfortable and willing to perform facial and skincare consultations as a sales tool. Experience: working in a spa or beauty retail shop that offers treatment is a major plus. We will provide training on our specific products, but a foundation in facial massage and application techniques is highly beneficial. Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products to drive sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales. What You Will Do Perform facial service and product demonstrations to introduce, showcase, and promote our products. This is a key tool to enhance customer experience: and close sales. Maximize sales by actively promoting and selling ALOE HOUSE skincare products to meet and exceed individual sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. Support promotional activities, manage the day-to-day activities of the shop, ensure smooth operations, and maintain an attractive, well-stocked store environment.
