Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 8 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and publication of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Compliance & Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all tax filings and financial records comply with statutory regulations (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and government requirements. Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures to minimize financial risk and prevent fraud. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in the operating budget preparation and track KPIs, summarizing spending trends and investigating budget deficiencies. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger teams. Requirements: ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant. 8+ years post-qualification. 3+ years as Financial Controller/Senior Finance Manager. Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP experience, advanced Excel.
