Identify and report compliance breaches. Prepare risk and compliance reports for Management and Board. Support regulatory examinations and audits. Train staff on risk and compliance requirements. Requirements: 7-8 years experience in risk/compliance (MFB, bank, or fintech). Strong knowledge of credit risk and regulatory requirements. Experience with AML/CFT and KYC frameworks.
