We are seeking talented and creative Mixologists to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Stay updated on current beverage trends, mixology techniques, and premium spirits. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Maintain accurate records of beverage sales, stock usage, and inventory. Engage with guests professionally, offering drink recommendations based on their preferences. Create innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings that enhance the guest experience. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery. Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and beverage pairing. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong creativity and flair for developing signature cocktails. 5–7 years of proven experience: as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Supervisor in a reputable hotel, lounge, or restaurant.
