Key Responsibilities: Receive and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and other documents. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all information. Handle patient enquiries and escalate complaints when necessary. Provide accurate information about the hospital's services and procedures. Welcome and attend to patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical departments.
