Oversee the dispatch of all loaded trucks, ensuring schedules are met and all loaded trucks are dispatched and deliver in a timely manner, meeting customer’s expected delivery time. Issue loading Ticket to trucks due for loading and waybills, and other dispatch documents accurately to loaded trucks. Prepare daily truck-out and dispatch reports for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile daily product movements, and align with ERP or depot systems and stock officers.
