This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience: in hospitality or short-term rental operations. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all shortlet and rental properties Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and SOPs Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all locations. Requirements: & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field 4–5 years of proven experience: in operations management, hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental management Demonstrated experience: leading teams and managing multiple properties Strong knowledge of short-let operations and guest-centric service models Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in digital tools, booking platforms, and reporting systems.
