The successful candidate will be responsible for driving farm productivity, operational efficiency, resource optimization, team management, and commercial performance across multiple farming systems. To oversee and coordinate diversified agricultural operations across crop production, livestock, aquaculture, agroforestry, plantation development, irrigation systems, and sustainable farm enterprises. Requirements: Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and reporting skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Forestry, or related discipline. Experience: managing multiple farm enterprises simultaneously. Minimum 7–10 years of practical farm management experience.
