Drive the implementation of fundraising initiatives to achieve annual revenue goals. Identify and secure new funding opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and donations. Strengthen existing fundraising channels while expanding new income streams. Engage volunteers, donors, grant institutions, and strategic partners to maximize fundraising outcomes. Research, identify, and pursue local and international grant opportunities. Develop compelling grant proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and donor presentations. Manage the end-to-end grant lifecycle, from application to award, implementation, compliance, and reporting. Ensure timely execution of grant agreements and donor requirements. Budget Planning & Financial Oversight Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in fundraising, grants management, business development, donor relations, client services, or program management within the nonprofit, NGO, or social impact sector.
