Process supplier payments and maintain payment schedules. Prepare daily sales reports, revenue reports, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting. Work closely with front office, restaurant, and management teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Manage petty cash and expense documentation. Reconcile daily cash, bank, POS, and online transactions. Monitor room, restaurant, bar, and other departmental revenues. Assist in payroll preparation and statutory remittances. Qualifications & Experience: Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and accounting software is an added advantage. 1 – 2 years' practical experience: in a similar accounting role within the hospitality industry. Minimum of HND in Accounting (Accounting background is compulsory). Required Skills: Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent bookkeeping and financial reporting skills. Good analytical and reconciliation skills. Language Requirement: Applicants must be fluent in both English and Yoruba, as the role requires effective communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
