We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Graduate Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain practical experience: in a structured business environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with expense and payment documentation and processing. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Support the Accounts team in daily accounting and financial transactions. Assist with posting of expenses, payments and other transactions into the accounting/ERP system. Support bank and ledger reconciliation activities. Support month-end reporting and other accounting schedules. Support the preparation and filing of financial documents and records. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned Assist with audit preparation and provision of supporting documents. Requirements: Professional accounting qualification or ongoing ICAN/ACCA studies will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Willingness to learn and develop a career in accounting. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical and analytical skills. 0 - 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
