We are looking for hardworking, honest, disciplined, and experienced farm workers who are passionate about modern agriculture and ready to build a long-term career. The Kind of Person We Need We are looking for individuals with practical experience: in one or more of the following: Tomato Production Pepper Production Cucumber Production Livestock & Animal Care Nursery & Seedling Management Irrigation & Water Management Fertiliser Application & Crop Nutrition Pest & Disease Identification and Control General Farm Operations Ability to ride a tricycle (Keke) is an added advantage. Applicants who are willing to learn will also be considered. Responsibilities: Plant, transplant and maintain crops. Water and monitor crop growth. Apply fertilisers and crop protection products. Identify pests and diseases early. Harvest crops at the right time. Care for livestock and maintain animal housing. Keep the farm clean, organised and safe. Operate farm tools and equipment responsibly. Transport farm produce, farm inputs and workers using the farm tricycle when required. Follow all farm instructions and safety procedures.
