Read more about this company E-commerce Digital Media Buyer (Shopify & Email Marketing) Job Type Full Time , Remote Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 3 - 5 years Location Lagos Job Field Marketing and Communication Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Shopping campaigns. Monitor and maintain Google Merchant Center product feed health. Execute campaigns across awareness, traffic, conversion, and retargeting objectives. Scale advertising budgets strategically while maintaining campaign performance. Evaluate platform recommendations before implementing changes. Independently manage paid advertising budgets across Meta and Google platforms. Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop monthly and quarterly paid media plans aligned with product launches, retail promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Recommend budget allocation across multiple brands based on campaign performance. Build and optimize audience retargeting strategies. Identify high-performing messaging and creative approaches to guide future campaigns. Campaign Scheduling Maintain a paid media calendar across all brands. Coordinate campaign timing with retail initiatives, email marketing schedules, and organic marketing activities. Schedule launches, promotions, and campaign pauses around key business milestones. Email Marketing Build and maintain automated email marketing flows using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform. Creative Direction Provide creative recommendations based on campaign performance and data insights. Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers. Monitor creative fatigue and recommend timely creative refreshes. Plan and execute structured creative testing to improve campaign results. Reporting & Communication Deliver regular performance reports using clear, business-friendly language. Identify underperforming campaigns early and recommend optimization strategies. Communicate proposed budget or strategy changes before implementation. Participate in campaign launch check-ins and provide timely updates when needed. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads accounts with active advertising budgets. Experience managing Google Ads Shopping campaigns. Experience resolving Google Merchant Center product feed issues. Proven experience managing paid advertising for e-commerce brands. Hands-on experience personally managing a Shopify store. Experience independently managing paid advertising accounts on both Meta Ads and Google Ads. Ability to clearly discuss monthly advertising budgets personally managed across both platforms. Experience building automated email marketing flows using Klaviyo or a similar platform. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable creative recommendations. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present performance reports in clear, non-technical language. Ability to manage multiple advertising accounts with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including conversion rates, ROAS, advertising spend, and campaign performance. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with beauty, hair care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. Experience supporting brands that sell through both retail partners and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
