Through rotational assignments, you will: Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact Gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and solutions Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders Build practical experience: in a fast-paced and innovative environment Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship What Will Make You Successful? A strong learning mindset and passion for innovation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges Strong interest in sustainability, digital transformation, and emerging technologies Qualification Hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology Have achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or an equivalent CGPA from an accredited university Be a recent graduate (Class of 2026) or be expected to graduate within the next six (6) months Have completed NYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026 Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme Be available to commence the programme in February 2027 Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme Successful participation in the Graduate Programme does not guarantee employment in a permanent role upon completion of the programme.
