We are seeking a professional, experienced and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury unisex fashion boutique. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets. Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and product availability. Supervise, coordinate and motivate sales staff. Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures and professional standards. Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management. Ensure the boutique maintains a clean, organised and luxurious appearance. Coordinate product arrivals, pricing, promotions and special offers. Ensure clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and other products are properly displayed. Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention. Support social media marketing and online customer engagement. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Supervise POS and payment transactions and ensure proper accountability. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Maintain accurate sales, stock and operational records. Required Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of fashion, retail and current market trends. Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities. Professional, confident and well-presented. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
