Advise on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, energy-sector matters, and digital technology initiatives to protect enterprise value and enable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Commercial & Corporate Transactions:Lead negotiation and execution of complex agreements including M&A, JV, project finance, divestments, and shareholder matters Digital & IP Advisory: Advise on technology transactions, software licensing, data protection, AI, cybersecurity and IP protection.
