The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen. Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally. Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Process guest bills and handle payments accurately. Set up and clear tables before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards at all times. Assist with banquet, conference, and special event services when required. Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. Report guest complaints, incidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Good personal grooming and professional appearance. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
