We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager Location: Lagos Responsibilities: Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger Creating and processing invoices Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations• VAT and WHT computation and remittance Filling of tax return with relevant tax authority; Create project accounts in the accounting system Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy Set up the project chart of accounts Management of the company’s account payables and receivables Participate in the preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet Maintain project-related records, including contracts and purchase orders Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices. Review staff payroll for correctness and accurate statutory deductions; Sending bills and invoices to clients Support the account team in the preparation of the yearly budget Authorize access to project accounts Raising and preparation of bank transfers and petty cash voucher Supervises posting of all bank transactions on accounting software Salary N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
