Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' banking or consumer lending experience . Experience in IPPIS loans, salary loans, deposit mobilization, and consumer banking . Previous experience with Bridge Credit, Credit Direct, Zedvance, Renmoney, C-I-T Microfinance Bank, Fast Credit , or similar lending institutions is an added advantage. Strong communication, analytical, customer service, relationship management, and computer skills. Ability to meet sales and loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
