We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely, minimising downtime and supporting smooth operations. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Personnel to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs across our facility. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain building security systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Maintain tools and maintenance supplies in good working order. Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve them efficiently. Assist with groundskeeping, waste disposal, and general upkeep of the facility. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs. Replace light bulbs, clean fixtures, repair doors, paint surfaces, and perform other general maintenance tasks. Keep records of work performed and report major repairs or equipment needs to the supervisor. Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades as required.
