We create high-quality apparel and are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to bring our designs to life online, engage our community, and grow our digital footprint.The RoleAs our Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice and face of our brand across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). This is a hybrid role, but because we deal with physical garments, you will need to be on-site on designated days to capture content. Living on the Island is a strict requirement for ease of commute.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Uploads: Film, edit, and post high-quality daily content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and Stories) showcasing our garment construction process, behind-the-scenes, and finished pieces.Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly to drive engagement and customer retention.Scheduling & Optimization: Maintain a consistent content calendar and write compelling captions using relevant hashtags and SEO practices.Trend Jacking: Stay on top of viral audio, fashion trends, and platform algorithm changes to keep our brand relevant.Reporting: Track basic weekly engagement metrics to see what content performs best.
