We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Cleaner Location : Abuja Reports To: Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary The role ensures that all shared areas remain clean, safe, hygienic, and presentable for guests, staff, and visitors. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of DAL's common areas, corridors, staircases, public restrooms, and other designated spaces. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas, corridors, staircases, and other assigned spaces. Follow daily and periodic cleaning schedules. Report maintenance issues, damages, spills, or safety hazards promptly. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces as required. Replenish tissue, soap, hand sanitizer, and other hygiene supplies. Empty and properly dispose of waste from designated areas. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures. Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, switches, and counters. Clean and maintain public restrooms to a high hygiene standard. KPIs Hygiene Complaints: ≤ 2% Hygiene Supply Replenishment: ≥ 98% Cleanliness Score: ≥ 95% Cleaning Schedule Compliance: 100% Maintenance Issue Reporting: 100% Qualifications & Experience: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience: is an advantage. Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene practices. Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent. Required Skills: Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules. Good cleaning and sanitation skills. Reliability and punctuality. Attention to detail. Good time management. Hygiene awareness. Ability to work independently. Physical stamina.
