We have multiple locations in Benin, Warri, Okuokoko etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Male Hostel Warden Location: Warri, Delta Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS) is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Male Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the male students' hostel. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient hostel operations. Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations. Maintain accurate hostel records, including occupancy, incidents, and visitors' logs. Coordinate repairs and ensure hostel facilities remain safe and functional. Resolve conflicts among residents professionally and promptly. Oversee the daily operations and administration of the male hostel. Supervise student welfare and promptly address hostel-related concerns. Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues. Prepare incident reports and communicate relevant issues to Management. Qualifications Experience: in student affairs, hostel administration, education, residential life, or facilities management is an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in **Social Sciences, Administration, Psychologyor a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and emergency response procedures. Required Technical Competencies: Incident Reporting Basic Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, and Hostel Management Systems) Facility Inspection Policy Implementation Health and Safety Compliance Emergency Response Conflict Resolution Student Affairs Management Record Management Hostel Administration Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and administrative skills.
