The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and delivering interior decoration and construction projects from inception to completion. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee interior decoration and construction projects from start to completion. Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, artisans, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Supervise daily activities on project sites and ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential delays, defects, risks, and quality issues. Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available when required. Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on project progress. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, work schedules, and other project documentation. Coordinate procurement and ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards. Manage contractors and artisans, including monitoring productivity and workmanship. Ensure all construction and finishing works meet company and client quality standards.
