The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining stock accuracy, improving processes, and supporting business growth while ensuring excellent service delivery across all channels. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to execute business strategies and achieve operational goals. Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate customer order processing. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency across retail, warehouse, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational best practices. Lead, coach, and manage the operations and retail teams to ensure high performance and accountability. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence. Support the Managing Director with strategic initiatives and other operational projects as required. Monitor sales performance and identify operational improvements to support revenue growth. Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports for the Managing Director. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements: Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and logistics. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or ERP systems. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proven experience: managing teams and driving operational performance. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyse sales and inventory data to support business decisions.
