The role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and the Group's long-term growth agenda. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to support organizational transformation, culture development, and strategic change initiatives. Ensure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance requirements, HR policies, and regulatory standards while managing employee relations and industrial relations matters. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Develop and implement the Group's HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans. Oversee HR planning, budgeting, reporting, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group. Drive talent management, leadership development, retention strategies, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce. Requirements: Relevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required. 15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility within manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate environments. Master's Degree is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
