The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall Instrumentation activities of the Cement Mills & Additive transport, implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company policies and procedures to ensure optimal plant availability for production. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that equipment preventive maintenance programs implemented as per agreed schedule. Provide training development and leader ship to Cement Mills &Additive transport, instrumentation personnel. Monitor the effectiveness of the programs, maintenance reworks and makes recommendations. Enforce standards and safe work procedures for the Cement Mills & Additive Transport and ensure regulations relating to the instrumentation department met at all times in Cement Mills & Additive transport. Review Cement Mills & Additive Transport, instrumentation equipment’s maintenance projections and schedules. Requirements: Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of Fifteen (15) years demonstrated operating experience: in maintenance practices, three years of which must in management position. In-depth knowledge of MV &LV drives operation and maintenance. In-depth knowledge of Cement Mills & Additive Transport, operation and maintenance.
