The successful candidate will alternate between driving a Coaster Bus and regular vehicles based on operational requirements. E&R Standard Gate Limited is hiring an experienced and responsible Driver to join our car rental and mobility operations. Responsibilities: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours when required. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when dealing with clients and passengers. Carry out routine checks on tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, coolant, fuel levels, and other essential vehicle components. Maintain accurate trip records and other required documentation. Comply strictly with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies. Handle all company and client vehicles with a high level of care and responsibility. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and trip instructions efficiently. Remain alert, focused, and attentive at all times while driving. Promptly report faults, damages, accidents, and maintenance requirements. Safely drive and operate Coaster buses and regular vehicles for car rental, corporate, staff transportation, airport transfer, and other mobility services. Alternate between Coaster bus driving and regular vehicle driving based on company operational needs. Ensure the safety, comfort, and timely transportation of clients and passengers. Ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and in good working condition. Requirements: Valid Defensive Driving Certificate. Valid LASDRI ID. Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic routes. Strong understanding of defensive driving and road safety practices. Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy. Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence. Proven experience: driving both Coaster buses and regular vehicles. Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm in different driving conditions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience: in car rental, logistics, transportation, or corporate driving will be an added advantage.
