Incorporated in 2007, the company specializes in brand activations, events, sales promotions, and production, helping major brands drive customer engagement and field execution We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR) Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Benue, Edo, Ogun and Plateau Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Gather and report relevant market and competitor information. Drive sales and achieve assigned volume and billing targets. Ensure product availability, visibility and proper execution across assigned outlets. Negotiate with customers and maximise sales opportunities. Accurately capture customer orders, sales activities and other field data using digital sales tools. Manage assigned routes and ensure effective outlet coverage. Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on market activities and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Visit assigned outlets, take orders, sell and deliver products directly to customers. Requirements: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment. Target-driven and commercially minded. Previous experience: in sales, FMCG or field marketing Minimum of an HND / OND with relevant sales experience. Basic digital literacy and ability to use mobile sales applications. Valid driver's licence and relevant driving experience. Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Strong selling and territory management abilities.
